Deramore acquired the site late in 2018 and obtained full planning permission for a mixture of 12 detached and semi-detached 4 bed family homes all approximately 2,000 sq ft in size. It was the first development of larger family homes within BT7 in several years and it’s close proximity to the Ormeau Road, Forestside Shopping Centre and many local primary Schools made it a very popular destination for growing families.
Construction of the 1st phase commenced in Summer 2019, however, the marketing and sales were particularly difficult due to the Covid Pandemic, but demand was strong for this size of family home and entire development was completed and sold by March 2021.
